How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

Step 1: Refer to the confirmation email you received from Expansive Strength and Fitness when you booked your appointment. At the bottom of the email are three options. Select “Change/Cancel Appointment.”


Step 2: Selecting “Change/Cancel Appointment” from your confirmation email should open your web browser and send you directly to the Expansive website. Choose “Cancel” if you want to cancel and “Reschedule” if you’d like to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you are canceling, skip to step 5.


Step 3: If you are rescheduling, a calendar will open up, and you can choose from the available dates. The available dates will be in black on the calendar. When you click on the new date, the available times will appear in the right margin. Choose the time that works for you, and select “Reschedule.”


Step 4: If you are rescheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation screen that your appointment has been rescheduled. You should also receive an email confirming the new date.


Step 5: If you selected “Cancel” in step 2, you will see a pop-up window asking if you are sure you want to cancel. If you are sure, select “Yes, Cancel Appointment.”


Step 6: After canceling the appointment, your browser will redirect back to the main scheduling page. At the top of the page will be a confirmation in green that your appointment has been canceled. You will also receive an email confirmation.
